Award winning design

unique magnifique’s Founder and Creative Director, Seraina Jacqueline, has won 3rd Prize in the 2006 international embroidery competition “Stitch-Off” in the category “Fashion”.

Her Paisley Peacock design on a brown bell sleeve hoody was chosen for its creativity, technical execution, use of color, suitability of design and overall appeal.
“My design was inspired by Indian Henna body-paint. My goal was to translate the one-colored design into a motif of delicate shades of thread, color and stitch patterns.”
